I watched some interviews with Jacob Coxon about AI concerns and the viral reactions from the media and the web. Interesting, because the concern is not new!
In the past few years, we have had several prominent people, including Yuval Noah Harari and Nobel laureate Geoffrey Hinton, warning us about the risks of AI agency and the alignment problem.
Perhaps people today are more “educated” about AI? Or maybe the fact that so many of us interact with an LLM daily has elevated our attention and concern.
